Dhaka: Judge Shahabuddin Ahmed Park’s project cost 17 crore. The area of the park is nine acres.

In addition to some 1,700 trees of different species, there are walkways and bike lanes. There are five types of walking trails in this park. Red brick, concrete block, green grass path, WPC (wood-plastic composite) plank path and elasto pave the bike path path.
This information was given in a press release sent out by Dhaka North City Corporation on Saturday (September 12). It is a community park adjacent to the embassy area in the Gulshan area of Dhaka city, also known as ‘Gulshan Tank Park’.
After several meetings with the people involved in the design of the park, the park users and representatives of various social organizations, various entertainment arrangements have been made for the elderly and women, young and old, children and adolescents.
There are restrooms (men’s and women’s park) for park users, a gym with a bathroom, a place of prayer with ablutions, a dining room and six seating kiosks.
A library with Bangabandhu Corner has been installed in the park. In addition to trimming the three ponds, a rich walkway with three viewpoints has been built around the reservoir.
The Dhaka Green Open Stage (amphitheater) has been built on the lawn with a capacity of 400 people on the northwest slope of the reservoir. In front of the open stage, there is a performance platform built over the reservoir and an artificial water fountain that comes out of the reservoir.
An outdoor basketball court for youth and a badminton court have also been built. In addition to the indoor and outdoor gyms, various rides have been organized for the children (purchase is in progress).
The CCTV control room has been created as part of the park management, from where the park can be controlled 24 hours a day. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the entire park from the top by climbing the stairs to the fourth floor next to this control room.
