Muazzin Abdul Quddush
Mymensingh: Muazzin Abdul Quddush, 65, of the Khandar Agpara Jame mosque in Achintpur Union of Gauripur Upazila of Mymensingh, died while asking for prayers. He is the son of the late Sadar Ali from the village of Khandar.
He breathed his last on Thursday (December 3) during the call to prayer.
The imam of the mosque confirmed the matter. Shafayet Hossain.
He said that Muazzin Abdul Kadduch fell and died while giving Azan for Johar’s prayers. Mike heard Allahu Akbar’s voice twice and then heard another voice
When they did not succeed, the faithful rushed into the mosque and saw the muezzin lying on the ground.
Imam Shafayet added that he had been the muezzin of the mosque for a decade and a half. He was buried in the family cemetery after Esha prayers on Thursday.
