The innocent Samiul is a victim of his mother’s immoral relationship

Mother Esha convinced her boyfriend Bakku to kill her when he saw the incident of immoral sex. The judge noted that Esha’s mother had planned this out of fear that Samiul might tell her father about the incident.
Mother Esha and her boyfriend Bakku were sentenced to death on Sunday (December 20) for the murder of Judge Sheikh Nazmul Alam Samiul of the Dhaka Special Court of Judge 4. He also ordered a fine of 5,000 rupees.
He further said that Esha was involved in an extramarital affair with Shamsuzzaman Arif alias Bakkur based on a love story. Samiul was killed after being kidnapped at the instigation of his mother Esha. Evidence from the case shows that Esha has been in frequent contact with her boyfriend since Samiul was kidnapped. In the end, he killed the boy and threw him into the street. The defendant gave a confessional statement in this incident.
He further said that the innocent child Samiul had to be a victim of the mother’s immoral relationship. Therefore, even if she is not directly involved in the murder, she cannot gain sympathy for the mother’s persuasion and support to kill her only son. The court considered that the death penalty was his only appropriate punishment.
