The High Court has tried to find out what legal actions have been taken against the teacher involved in the beating of a student boy at the Madrasa of the Islamic Academy of the Quran Markazul in Hathazari, Chittagong.

The local administration has been asked to present a report to the court before next Sunday. A High Court divisional court composed of Judge FRM Nazmul Ahsan and Judge Shahed Nuruddin approved the order on Sunday.

Deputy Attorney General ABM Abdullah Al Mahmoud Bashar told reporters about the court order. He said that after taking note of the matter, legal action should be taken against the teacher as well as the steps taken for the medical care and safety of the child.

Mother Parveen Akhter and Father Mohammad Joynal visited 8-year-old Yasin, a student in the memorization department of the Madrasah of the Islamic Academy of the Quran Markazul, on Tuesday afternoon. But on the way back, the boy made a promise to go home to his parents. At one point, the boy followed the parents out the front door of the madrasa madrasa teacher. Yahya. As he walked out the front door, he started hitting the boy. At that moment, the teacher didn’t even listen to the boy’s longing for survival. The child abuse video went viral on social media since Tuesday night. Hathazari Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) said at night. Ruhul Amin rescued the boy with the help of the police. However, the teacher was released following a written request from the child’s parents not to take action against the accused teacher. Subsequently, the boy’s family filed a case at the police station. Hathazari police arrested Hafeez Yahya, a teacher accused in the case.
