If the coronavirus situation worsens next winter, the government has several plans to deal with it. However, the question of the new closure is not being considered now, said Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anwarul Islam.
The secretary told reporters after an inter-ministerial meeting held in the cabinet room of the cabinet division on Tuesday to formulate an action plan to prevent coronavirus infection. Secretaries from various ministries participated in the meeting.
The cabinet secretary said: “We have discussed the issue of raising awareness and dealing with when the second phase of corona begins. We need to run a massive promotional campaign, so that everyone wears a mask. For everyone to keep their distance.
“Everyone should take precautionary measures so that the virus does not come from outside,” he added. “We will hold a meeting under the leadership of the prime minister and we will make a plan of action,” he said.
Regarding the campaign to guarantee health, the secretary said that “the operation will depend on the situation.”
When asked about the opening of the educational institution, Khandaker Anwarul Islam said: “The Ministry of Education has the responsibility to decide on the opening of the educational institution.” They will take action themselves.
