Abrar Fahad, a creditable student at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), who was brutally murdered by BCL leaders and activists, had his birthday on February 12.
On the occasion of the day, his younger brother Abrar Fayaz gave an emotional state on social networks Facebook.
The status given by your Facebook ID on Friday was highlighted to readers.
Today is February 12, 2021. Brother’s birthday. Today I was 23 years old.
But it has been almost a year and a half. Now we have nothing but some of his memories. There is a tomb, but it is also very old. Many have forgotten who ‘Abrar Fahad’ is.
The trial is still too late. It has been a long time due to various obstacles. There is no interest in anyone anymore.
Dad doesn’t come home for a month. The case is overdue but the father is waiting for the trial to end. The lower court verdict should come soon. I don’t know when I’ll get it. Just chasing that.
Mama will feed some poor people today. I’ve been thinking for a long time what else can be done. The worst situation is now Ammur. I couldn’t even imagine myself being so emotionally broken a few days ago. I don’t know if it will ever be okay.
He is no more. There is no fix. But the most necessary prayer for him on this day. And those who killed him keep walking. May Allah punish them and their helpers in the world. ‘
On October 5, 2019, Abrar Fahad posted a status on social media Facebook opposing the deal with India.
Because of this, the next day, on the night of October 6, BCL leaders and activists called him into Sher-e-Bangla Hall’s room 2011 and beat him to death. Later, his body was thrown down the stairs.
