Mustari Jahan, an examinee from the Rajshahi Board of Education, was accused of falsifying the results by falsifying the answer scripts. The examinee’s father presented a case in this regard 18 years ago.

If the court rules in favor of the examinee, the Board of Education goes to Superior Court. From there, the case returned to the lower court. The plaintiff has demanded compensation of Tk 3.15 million rupees in this incident.

The victim was identified as Mustari Jahan, daughter of Munsur Rahman from Tenthulia village in Bagha upazila. Mustari took the Tenthulia High School Science Department SSC exam in 2004.

The results of the CSS were released on June 26, 2004. Mustari proved unsuccessful in that test. Later, Mustari requested the revision of the book. A case was filed in the Rajshahi court on November 1 without obtaining the desired result.

Baba Munsur filed a court case on his behalf as he was a minor at the time. The defendants in the case were the Rajshahi Board of Education, the chairman of the board, the exam controller, the deputy exam controller and the secretary of the exam center. The case will be known on November 1 in 18 years. The day after the case is scheduled for January 20 of next year.

According to the RG in the case, Mustari passed the school selection test with 6 percent grades. Your result was unsuccessful because you changed the answer sheet keeping the top cover straight.

Mustari’s father, Munsur Rahman, said the court took notice of the case and ordered the Board of Education to produce the answer sheet. At the same time, the court also ordered not to destroy the answer script until the case is resolved. We pay the prescribed fee for the purchase of trunks and locks as directed by the court.

The Board of Education filed a civil review in Superior Court against the order. There, too, the lower court order was upheld. Later, the Board of Education goes to the Appeals Division. On March 12, 2009, the Appellate Division upheld the lower court order and ordered the answer sheet to be produced.

Seven years after the case, the Board of Education told the court in 2011 that the answer sheets were not stored with the Board of Education for more than six months. The Board of Education did not say anything clear about the student’s account.

As a result, on June 21, 2011, the court ordered the chairman of the board to appear in person on the next scheduled day. The president took five years to appear in person. Even after that, the book was not shown. The plaintiff has demanded compensation of Tk 3.15 million rupees. Currently, the case is pending resolution through compensation.

Meanwhile, Mustari Jahan became the plaintiff in the case after becoming an adult. “I was studying to be a doctor,” he said. But my education has been ruined. A year after the lawsuit was filed, a teacher at the center forbade me from taking the exam.

Finding no way, I informed the UNO before the chemistry test. UNO arranged for me to sit on a bench alone on the terrace of the test center and take the test separately. ONE sat on the porch until the exam was over.

Mustari said the answer sheet was changed next time to show they were bad students. As a result, the results of my service are bad. I pass any opinion. Disappointed, I studied high school in the humanities department and got this degree. I was unable to apply for admission to a public university because the SSC result was bad. I finally got a degree in English from a private university.

“My life has been irreparably damaged,” he added. I want to set an example through this legal battle. So that this curse does not reach the life of any other student.

When asked, Ariful Islam, the current exam controller for the Rajshahi Board of Education, said: “It didn’t happen in my time.” Long time ago. The test controller of that era will be able to tell better.

The defendant’s lawyer, Ejazul Haque, said: “We are in the legal process.” We will accept the verdict of the court.
