The deputy commissioner said the Barisal juvenile court judge released four children on bail after 10 pm to implement the court order. According to sources in the court and Barisal Central Prison, when the order for the release of the four children was sent to the Barisal Central Prison, the prison authorities contacted the Poolerhat Youth Development Center in Jessore. Later, the release order for the four children signed by the superintendent of Barisal Central Jail was mailed to the deputy director of the Poolerhat Youth Development Center in Jessore.
It can be mentioned that on October 4, a girl was playing with four boys at Rangshree Union of Bakerganj in Barisal. The girl’s father later filed a case at Bakerganj Police Station on October 8 alleging rape. Four minors were arrested in the case and handed over to court on October 8. The court ordered the children to be sent to the Jessore Youth Development Center. The arrested children are between 9 and 11 years old.
The plaintiff in the case mentioned in the statement that on October 4, four boys were charged with raping their 7-year-old daughter in a playful manner. Meanwhile, the Superior Court last night ordered the children to come home after discussions about the arrest of four children. Instructions were implemented at night according to order.
