Rahim, Abul Kalam, Israfil Hossain, Saju, Samsuddin Sumon, Abdur Rob, Arif and Rahmat Ullah. They all live in Begumganj.

In the case brief, the woman alleged that the accused tried to rape her by tying up her husband. They recorded a video of the incident. For a month they have threatened to spread the video, offering him immorality. Not accepting the offer, they left the video on Facebook.

Delwar is not listed as a defendant in this case. So far, Badal, Abdur Rahim and Rahmat Ullah have been shown to have been arrested. Rahim and Rahmat Ullah have been detained in Noakhali. A court in Noakhali has already granted Rahim and Rahmat Ullah a three-day pre-trial detention for questioning.

They have been asked to appear before the Clerk of Superior Court within 15 business days of the investigation of the incident.
