Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anwarul Islam said the education ministry would announce in the next few days whether educational institutions would reopen amid the coronavirus epidemic.
The secretary made the remarks at a press conference at the secretariat after Monday’s cabinet meeting. Previously, a virtual cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The Prime Minister chaired the meeting from her official Ganobhaban residence.
Educational institutions are closed until November 14. When asked if the educational institution would be reopened after that, the cabinet secretary said; The Ministry of Education will inform you. I’ll report tomorrow-the day after tomorrow.
When asked if the Prime Minister had any instructions, the cabinet secretary said: “The Khulna division is cracking down. We have also told everyone around us.” The Prime Minister also agrees, appreciating the good. Must go to some streak hearing. So far we are in the comfort zone. In this situation, the educational institution will make a decision after discussing with the interested persons about the opening of the educational institution.
