The eldest son has thrown an old woman out of the house in Narail. The boy didn’t even look. He has lived in this house for more than a year and a half. He took refuge under a boat 12 days ago.
The old woman is living a dehumanized life by ignoring the sun and rain under the boat parked at Sultan Ghat near the SM Sultan Complex. The locals survive by eating the food they are given. The old woman’s name is Maya Rani Kundu (65). She is the wife of the late Kalipada Kundu, a resident of the Kurigram area of Narail City.
The late Kalipada Kundu and Maya Rani Kundu are known to have two children named Dev Kumar Kundu (50) and Uttam Kundu (40). Uttam got married a few years ago and lives elsewhere. Dev Ma, a businessman from the Bandhaghat area of Rupganj Bazar in the city, was looking after him. At one point, Dev began abusing his mother. A year and a half ago, he kicked his mother out of the house. At that time, a neighbor Amit Saha kept him in her house for a few months.
The elderly Maya Rani Kundu said in a tearful voice that her son and son-in-law would not allow her to eat or dress. It had a place in the 5th century. The eldest son, Dev Kumar, noted down the place and sold it for several lakhs of rupees. Then the boy and the boy’s wife abused him and kicked him out of the house.
Maya Rani said, ‘I was here and there for a few days. Now there is no place to go. If I go home and I go home, I eat everything I can. ‘
In this regard, Maya Kumar’s son Dev Kumar Kundu said: ‘There is no marriage with the wife. What I can do? ‘
