Meeru presided over the human chain. Earlier, the people of Miru started causing riots in the Pagla Nayamati Muslimpara area. There, DSB agent Abdul Matin threatened them. They informed Miru about the matter by phone. When Agent Abdul Matin appeared on the human chain, Meeru was excited. At one point, Meeru raised her finger and began threatening the policeman.
In the viral video, Meeru is heard yelling, ‘Do you do Awami League? Do you do Juba League? Chhatra League? Do you do BNP? National Party? Why were you going to run to Polapan?
Meeru threatened the policeman and said: ‘These are not good. But the history of the past is not done. Why would you do that? Why run?
When Mir Hossain Meeru was asked about this on his mobile phone, he said: “Since the police did not arrest the defendant in a murder case in the area for seven long months, we wanted to maintain a peaceful human chain with the locals.” My people were preparing there at the beginning of the human chain.
