Lawyer Ishrat Hasan attached a passport document to the case file against Nasir and Tamima Sultana. In which the name of Tamima’s husband ‘Rakib Hasan’ is mentioned. At the same time, the name of the husband Rakib Hasan is also mentioned in the emergency contract.
The passport issue date is mentioned: March 4, 2018. It also expires on March 3, 2023.
Passport type says reissued. The current passport number begins with BR and ends with 53 digits. On the other hand, his old passport started with BA and ended with 11 digits.

Rakib Hasan’s lawyer, Isharat Hasan, told the media that Tamima Sultana had married cricketer Nasir without divorcing his client Rakib’s wife. Which is not legal. Here Rakib Hasan has been injured, deceived and defamed.

We hope that the court will consider these documents and take appropriate action against Nasir and Tamima. The court has already ordered the Office of Police Investigators to investigate the case.
