Even after three and a half months, the investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is constantly changing. India’s Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is reopening its investigation into the death of former manager Disha Salian following a claim from a friend of Sushant.
Sushant Singh Rajput died unnaturally on June 14. And just a week before that, on June 6, his former manager Disha Salian fell from the roof and died. One of Sushant’s friends claimed that Disha was raped before she died. Disha’s boyfriend and a few others had a party that night. Then Disha fell from the roof and died. Although it was termed suicide, no specific cause or evidence was found. It has been alleged that the Mumbai police were also negligent in investigating this case.
According to Indian media, citing sources, this time the CBI has opened the file on the death of Disha Salian. The CBI is to form a special investigation team to re-examine various aspects of the case.
Sushant’s friend and Bollywood producer Sandeep Singh is rumored to be questioned again in the case. Sushant’s two employees, Neeraj and Keshab, may be called to Delhi for questioning.
A witness who was present on the day of Disha Salian’s death claimed that a total of six people, including Disha’s boyfriend, Rohan Roy, were holding a party that day. The four of them raped Disha together. The party music was so loud that no one could hear a thing.
Meanwhile, Sushant’s friend and actor Yuvraj Singh said in a media outlet that the arrest of Disha’s boyfriend, Rohan Roy, would provide great information about Disha and Sushant’s case. Many mysteries will be solved.
There are also allegations of negligence against the Mumbai police in the investigation of Disha’s death. Disha’s body lay at least 14 to 15 feet away from the multi-story building. As a result, rumors of her murder are getting louder.
Meanwhile, other sensational news has spread: Sushant’s servant, Keshab, is currently working at Sara Ali Khan’s home. Keshab was one of the people in her apartment on the day of Sushant’s death on June 14. It is known that Keshab gave Sushant a glass of fruit juice on the day of the incident. On the other hand, Sushant’s girlfriend, Riya Chakraborty, is still in jail for a drug case. On Tuesday, the High Court rejected Riya and her brother Sauvik’s release on bail and placed them in custody until 9 September.
