A new twist in the investigation into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress filed a complaint against Sushant’s sister, Priyanka Singh, with the Mumbai police while the CBI, ED and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) conducted an investigation. Riya Chakraborty. She claimed that five days before her death, Priyanka had sent Sushant a prescription containing various antidepressant and anxiolytic medications. Which was false, because Sushant was sent the prescription from Tarun Kumar, a doctor at Lohia Hospital in Rammanohar, Delhi, without being examined. Riya also complained against the doctor.
Riya arrived at the OCN office today at 9:30 am. She was there until six in the afternoon. Riya was called again tomorrow after a second day of questioning. NCB detectives want to question Riya in front of her brother Shauvik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, and chef Deepesh Sabant, as the drug addiction came to light with Sushant’s death. They have already been arrested. After questioning him, NCB Deputy Director General Mutha Ashok Jain told reporters today that Riya was cooperating in the investigation. She said they would address the subject of the investigation into Sushant’s death and drug addiction. She claimed that the NCB was complying with the law in this regard. According to sources from the investigating agency, various details of drug traffickers arrested in Mumbai and Pune in the last two years and rave parties in Mumbai are being investigated.
It was speculated that Riya could be arrested shortly after the second day of interrogation by the OCN. But today, after eight hours of questioning, Riya left the OCN office. After that, she came to the Bandra Police Station to file a complaint against Priyanka. Riya told police that on the morning of June 7, she noticed that Sushant was looking at her mobile phone with only one mind. When asked, Sushant told him about her argument with her sister Priyanka. Following complaints, she saw, Priyanka sent a list of various drugs to Sushant. She said eat them. Riya forbids Sushant from taking drugs. Because the actor was in treatment at another doctor for several months. And his mood was not good. Sushant, however, did not follow Riya’s advice. He said he would abide by what his sister said.

Riya told police that it was now known that Priyanka had sent a prescription to Sushant on the same day from Tarun Kumar, a doctor in the cardiology department at Lohia Hospital in Rammanohar. That was a fake recipe. Because Sushant was told to take medication for the treatment of mental illness without examination. Also, Sushant was shown as an OPD patient in a Delhi hospital, but that day he was in Mumbai. Which is contrary to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Riya has filed a FIR with the Mumbai Police seeking an FIR against Priyanka. Sushant’s father told Bihar police that the family had no information about the actor’s mental illness. Riya’s claim against Priyanka contradicts that statement.
Sushant’s father’s lawyer, Bikash Singh, raised the question: why did Riya go to the police to file a complaint when the Supreme Court had left the investigation into the actor’s death to the IWC?
Meanwhile, a team of AIIMS doctors examined Sushant’s viscera. The report of that investigation will be received within ten days.
