The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) has ruled out the possibility of murder in the investigation into the death of the late Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput. A team led by physician Sudhir Gupta reexamined the actor’s postmortem report and viscera and identified suicide as the cause of death.
Dr. Sudhir Gupta said that Sushant’s death was definitely due to suicide. There is no possibility of murder.
Ames examined 20 percent of Sushant’s viscera. The remaining 80% had already been used by the Mumbai police. The forensic agency also tried to find evidence on the actor’s laptop, camera, some hard drives and two phones.
On September 29, the Ames Actor’s Visor report was submitted to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Various pieces of evidence are known to point towards suicide. Previously, Cooper Hospital also ruled out the possibility of a murder.
According to sources, the CBI will study the subject of suicide at this time. But the possibility of inciting suicide is not completely ruled out. If there is evidence in your favor, a murder case can be filed under section 302.
