The police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested Abdus Salam, a machine man from Mastermind’s Health Education Office, for leaking government medical and dental questions.
He was arrested in a special operation in block G of the Banasree area of ​​the capital on Monday night. This information was given in a press release from the CID.
Abdus Salam is also charged in the murder case (Case No. 18) filed at the Singair Police Station in Manikganj District in 2014. A charge sheet was filed against Salam in a case brought by Khandaker Rezaul Islam.
The CID Cyber ​​Police Special Superintendent of Police, SM Ashraful Alam, said that the cyber police have begun searching for the illegally obtained assets of Jasim, Salam and other members of the question paper leak network. Many members of the network have been found to have acquired assets illegally. An investigation is underway in this regard.
He further said that once the investigation is completed, a case will be launched against those who illegally acquired assets through interrogations under the Money Laundering Act. Details will be released at a press conference at noon.
According to the press release, the issue of leaking medical and dental questionnaires arose when trying to capture the leaked cycle of Dhaka University D Unit Admission Test questionnaires. It contains the name of Abdus Salam, a machine man from the Bureau of Health Education.
