Special Restrictions on the Private Practice of Government Physicians

The health department task force committee has imposed a special ban on the private practice of government doctors. At the committee meeting it was decided that from now on no doctor from a public hospital can stay in a private health institution during business hours. If for any reason someone works in a private organization, the working group and the interested party should be informed.
This information was given in a press release sent by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday (November 18). The emergency meeting was held on November 17 (Tuesday) under the chairmanship of Mostafa Kamal, Additional Secretary, Division of Public Health-1, Department of Services, Ministry of Health and convener of the Committee of the Working Group.
Furthermore, at the committee meeting it was decided that the country’s hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories and clinics should clearly mention the license registration number. At the meeting, it was decided that the working group would inspect government hospitals, as well as private hospitals and clinics, and conduct operations against illegal activities. At the same time, it was decided not to accept licenses from unregistered organizations before November 18.
