Among those who died within 24 hours, 14 were men and 8 were women. So far 4,381 men and 1,310 women have died.
The age analysis shows that among those who died within 24 hours, 60 were over 13 years old, 5 were between 51 and 60 years old, one between 41 and 50 years old, one between 31 and 40 years old and one between 0 and 10 years old.
Departmental analysis showed that 13 people died in the Dhaka division, 4 in the Chittagong division, 3 in the Rajshahi division and one in the Barisal division. Twenty people died in the hospital in 24 hours and one died at home.
In a press release, the health department further said that 136 people have been kept in isolation in the past 24 hours. There are currently 12,208 people in isolation. 198 people have been released from isolation in 24 hours, so far 62,122 people have been released. So far 64,329 people have been isolated.
The combined institutional and home quarantine quarantined 595 people in 24 hours. 601 people have been released from quarantine in the last 24 hours, 5 lakh 8 thousand 69 people have been released so far. So far 5 lakh 46,459 people have been quarantined. There are currently 39,060 people in quarantine.
