Last Wednesday night, Sarwar left the city’s Battery Alley to go to Chandnaish’s home. After hopping on a rented motorcycle to go to the Shah Amanat bridge area, a young man stood behind him in front of the VIP Kazir Deuri tower and put anesthesia on his face and nose, as appropriate.

Later, Sarwar took him in an ambulance to an unknown location, where he was detained for three days and threatened, Sarwar said.

According to the statement, Sarwar, a journalist for the weekly Suryoday, demanded a ransom of 50,000 rupees from his wife and the head of the newspaper’s Chittagong bureau, Jobayer Siddiqui.

Sarwar, the staff reporter for Chittagong’s Suryoday newspaper, is the executive editor of an online newspaper called Citynewsbd.

After his disappearance on October 26, he kept a general diary at the Kotwali Police Station.

At the time, he said in response to the journalists’ question, “I made four or five stories at different times. Maybe that’s why this happened later. Because they were hitting me at different times to tell me if I would make more news.

But he couldn’t say exactly what caused the news or who caused it.

When asked if he would present a case in the case, Sarwar told reporters: “My family and I are not financially well off. We are concerned about what might happen in the future if we do file a case.” That is why there is disinterest in the case ”.
