Bogra’s education officer, Mofazzal Hossain, has been charged with being involved in various crimes. Ex-wife Shiuli Sultana has reported that she was involved in various criminal activities, such as having illicit relationships with women, torturing his wife to demand a dowry, filtering elementary school questionnaires and sitting in gaming halls. The case was presented in Bogra’s 2 Judicial First Instance Court on Tuesday afternoon.
Shiuli Sultana said: ‘I myself am a witness, he sold the question paper in front of me. His job is to have illicit relationships with women showing the temptation of marriage. A few days ago, this education official also married an elementary school teacher in this way. If you look at his mobile phone, you will find indications of countless crimes.
Mofazzal Hossain is known to be a resident of Ayra village in Kahalu upazila de Bogra. He currently works as a deputy education officer at Belkuchi Upazila in Sirajganj. Recently, his divorced wife Shiuli Sultana has filed an abuse and dowry case against him. The case has been filed at Kahalu Amli Court, Judicial Court of First Instance 02 in Bogra.
According to the case filed under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 2016, Mofazzal Hossain married Shiuli Sultana in 1996. At the time of the marriage, Shiuli’s family gave six gold ornaments and one lakh of rupees as a gift. Their married life was going well. A son was also born in his house. After a while, Mofazzal began to abuse his wife more than the new dowry. Shiuli informed her father about the incident. My father explained to Mofazzal many times but it didn’t work. He used to take offensive pictures with different women and show them to his wife Shiuli and say, ‘I’ll get married if I don’t pay the dowry.’ Many beauties are sitting for me. ‘
In this way, Shiuli was mentally tortured. Physical torture also disappears. At one stage, in late 2006, he married an elementary school teacher named Mofazzal Rikta without his wife’s permission. A few days later, Mofazzal began demanding the dowry from his second wife. Mofazzal also divorced Rikta when his relationship with his second wife deteriorated at one stage. After marrying a second time without the permission of his first wife, Shiuli still filed a case under the Women and Children Act. The case was resolved after the divorce of the second wife.
Recently, Mofazzal began torturing Shiuli again for a dowry of five lakh rupees. At one point, he kicked Shiuli out of the house. Shiuli went to her father’s house. When Shiuli’s father sat down with Mofazzal, his older brother, and the people in the neighborhood to settle the matter, he also demanded money. At one point, Shiuli’s father agreed to pay more than one time. But Mofazzal has to pay five lakh rupees at the meeting. Mofazzal divorced Shiuli a month ago because he couldn’t pay the money. Now she is preparing for her third marriage, Shiuli Sultana said. Shiuli Mofazzal has gone to court for a just cause.

If they want their money back, they are spreading all kinds of false accusations. He also claimed that the question was leaked and that he was not involved in illicit relationships with women.
