The Jatiya Party leader said that he would move forward under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina on the path of achieving Bangabandhu’s dream in the golden jubilee of independence.

The eyes of the large international financial institutions are on Bangladesh. Bangladesh has overtaken China and India in annual growth. The Padma bridge and the riverbed tunnel are being built with our own funds. However, we have a long way to go to achieve the goal of Bangabandhu. “
Expressing his full support for the proposal presented in the National Assembly, Deputy Opposition Leader GM Quader said: “Sheikh Mujib and independent Bangladesh are inseparable. It didn’t happen suddenly. It involves a lot of sacrifice, bitterness, work.
“He has spent a quarter of his life in prison for human rights. Realizing the rights of the people of East Bengal was more important to him than being Prime Minister of Pakistan. “
“It is not appropriate to keep Bangabandhu confined to party lines. He is the father of the nation for all parties,” said Party Chairman Jatiya.
