The OC of Bakerganj Police Station has been ordered to provide strict security for the four children and their families.

The four children and their parents appeared in Superior Court Sunday morning according to the court order. The High Court reprimanded the magistrates and police officers concerned for failing to present the cases in accordance with the law, arresting the children, failing to perform the duties of the juvenile officer at the police station, and issuing orders outside the jurisdiction .
On October 8, a case was brought against Bakerganj’s four children for raping a six-year-old boy. Police arrested the four boys between the ages of 10 and 11 on the same day.
The following day, four children were sent to the Poolerhat Child Development Center in Jessore on the orders of the Barisal Superior Judge Enayet Ullah.
Then, last Thursday night, a television report on Justice came to light. A higher court of Judge Mojibur Rahman Mia and Judge Mohi Uddin Shamim ordered the Barisal Juvenile Court judge to immediately decide on the bail of the four children. In addition, four children were instructed to communicate with their parents at night.
In addition, the CO of the Bakerganj Police Station in Barisal and the Superior Judicial Magistrate Enayet Ullah were instructed to appear in person before the High Court on 11 October and the four children and their parents were also asked to appear before the High Court.
Following the order of the High Court, they were released on bail that night from the Poolerhat Child Development Center in Jessore. Administration officials handed them over to their parents the next morning.
Deputy Attorney General Nowroz Russell Chowdhury told bdnews24.com: “Apart from these instructions, the court also issued rules for the defendants in question. The statement asked why the four children charged in the case should not be brought in. before this court and why the action taken against these children should not be declared illegal and out of jurisdiction.
The legislator said the rape case against the four children has been suspended until the rule is removed.
