Rajshahi is shivering in winter

Rajshahi: The intensity of winter has increased in Rajshahi. In this northern district a slight cold wave is felt.

The lowest temperature recorded in Rajshahi on Saturday (December 26) was 9 degrees Celsius. The humidity was 98 percent that afternoon.

Public life interrupted by the cold north wind with winter in Conakry. The morning sun is seen through the thick morning fog. As a result, when the sun rises, it does not have the energy of winter.

According to the Rajshahi Meteorological Office, a mild cold snap has been prevailing in Rajshahi for the past few days. Last Sunday (December 20) the minimum temperature was registered at 10.4 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature recorded in Rajshahi on Monday (December 21) was 11.2 degrees Celsius.

The low temperature on Tuesday (December 22) was 12 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature recorded on Wednesday (December 23) was 13 degrees Celsius. On Thursday (December 24) the temperature dropped another degree 1. The minimum temperature recorded on Friday (December 25) was 10.6 degrees Celsius.

Abdus Salam, a senior observer for the Rajshahi Meteorological Department, said that there is currently a mild cold snap in Rajshahi. Temperatures could fluctuate later this month. A few more frosts are expected in January.

Meanwhile, due to the effects of winter, people who work hard in the morning and at night have suffered. In winter, low-income people are in dire straits. They live in extreme difficulties with their families. Many get sick because they cannot bear the cold. The incidence of diarrhea has increased due to winter. Children are affected the most.
