Sylhet: Raihan Uddin (30) died due to additional injuries. After the second autopsy on Thursday (October 15), the head of the forensic department of Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital, Dr. Shamsul Islam.

He said there were numerous signs of injuries on Raihan’s body. He was severely beaten. Therefore, the doctor believes that you may die from additional injuries. However, the details will be known after receiving the autopsy report.

After the second autopsy, Raihan’s body was buried in the cemetery adjacent to the Akhalia Nawabi Mosque in the afternoon.

Early Thursday morning, the Police Investigation Bureau (PBI) team recovered the body from the grave in the presence of the Mezbah Uddin District Administration Executive Magistrate Sajib Ahmed, PBI Investigation Officer Mahidul Islam and local councilor Makhlishur Rahman Kamran. The body was later taken to the morgue of Sylhet Osmani Medical College for autopsy.
