The application of the government primary school teacher recruitment test has started. The application process has started at 10:30 am on Sunday. It will continue until 11:59 pm on November 24.
The recruitment test will begin within the next 60 days after application.
The recruitment notice states that the application can be made from any recognized university with a second-class CGPS or equivalent with a bachelor’s or honors or equivalent degree. The application fee has been set at Rs 110. The age of candidates is a minimum of 21 years until October 20 and a maximum of 30 years until March 25. In the case of children of freedom fighters and physically disabled, the age limit will be 32 years until March 25.
According to the Department of Education (DPE), the exam time will be announced within 60 days of the one-month application process. The hiring process will be completed in June 2021 after the completion of the written test. After that, the results will be published and publishing will begin.
Although 32,000 teachers were supposed to be hired this year, the number may increase if the number of vacancies increases. However, candidates from the three mountainous districts of Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban will not be able to run for the post. They will be given a separate recruitment test.
