Chittagong: The Deputy High Commission of India in Chittagong has decided to open a book of condolences in honor of Pranab Mukherjee, a true friend of Bangladesh, a legendary politician from the subcontinent and former President of India.
Grief books will be open Wednesday (September 2) from 11 a.m.
A press release issued by the Assistant High Commission of India, Chittagong, on Tuesday (September 1) announced the decision and the timetable for the opening of the mourning book.

On Wednesday (September 2) state mourning was declared in Bangladesh for the death of Pranab Mukherjee, a true friend of Bangladesh and the first Bengali president of India. The national flag will be hoisted at half mast in all the country’s institutions on Wednesday.
