Police are taking strict measures since Saturday to guarantee social distance in the Dhaka metropolis.

The meeting also decided to form aid distribution committees in 139 Dhaka districts under the leadership of the Awami League. The ward committee will include a member of the police and aid will be distributed through coordination.

Asaduzzaman Khan said: “We study the location of Narayanganj and Dhaka in the closure. These two districts will then be stricter. Political leaders have been urged to ensure that people in their areas are locked up. At the same time, the police will use more strength and it will be harder. ‘
Police are seen as more flexible and humane than tough. When asked what they would do with the use of force, the minister said: “The point is that the police are doing what they can.” It will explain to ordinary people what force it will use. Our political leaders will work together, that is the key. The police will cooperate to ensure that aid reaches everyone’s home, regardless of party affiliation. ‘
The Interior Minister further said: “In addition, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has asked the committee to form a committee so that the aid provided by the government is distributed fairly.” The police were asked to participate in that committee and that is what is happening. ‘
