Jamil is also an accused fugitive in the Ashulia case. Atiqur is a student in the Department of Pharmacy at North South University. He was in charge of new members and fundraising. He was preparing to go to the Middle East to fight for Islam.

Bogra Police Superintendent Ali Ashraf Bhuiyan told a press conference that the Shibganj Police Station was in the process of filing several cases against militants arrested under the Arms, Explosives and Counter-terrorism Act.
