The research article said that the women who participated in the study gave birth without complications. The study was carried out by a team of researchers from the Fatbenefratelli Hospital in Rome and the Polytechnic University of March in Italy. Fatbenefratelli Hospital primarily provides women’s health and maternity services. Researchers say that the presence of plastic in the body responds naturally to the immune system. But no such reaction was observed in the bodies of those mothers or their children.
The researchers added: ‘It’s a lot like the birth of a cyborg baby. It can be said that these children don’t just have human cells in their body. There is a combination of organic and inorganic elements in your body. Human cyborg is a kind of fictional character whose body is much more capable than normal human beings by adding mechanical equipment.
Antonio Ragusa, head of the department of gynecology and obstetrics at Fatbenefratelli Hospital and lead author of the research paper, said mothers who were surprised to find tiny plastic particles in the uterus were shocked. “When I first discovered plastic particles in a mother’s womb, I was speechless,” she said of her condition.
