Permission to Investigate Voter Fraud in Presidential Elections

Attorney General William Barr has authorized an investigation into allegations of vote rigging in the US presidential election. Allegations of election wrongdoing should be investigated before final results are announced in the states, the attorney general for federal prosecutors said. However, Richard Pilger, the chief electoral criminal prosecutor in the judiciary, resigned in protest at the election permission to investigate allegations of vote rigging.

CNN reported that Richard Pilger had resigned, but did not specify whether he would remain in other positions in the judiciary.
