Among others, Arafat, Mortuza Raihan Chowdhury and Victim Uber went to the home of Nuhad Alam Tafsir in the Naboday Housing area of ​​Mohammadpur. They spend the night there. In the evening, Arafat and the student fell ill. They were admitted to the modern hospital and the Anwar Khan city hospital. Arafat died at City Hospital on Saturday. The student died at Anwar Khan Modern Hospital on Sunday afternoon. The girl’s father filed a case with the Mohammadpur Police Station under the Prevention of Abuse of Women and Children Act. In this case, five people have been charged, including Raihan, Arafat and Tafsir. Police arrested Raihan and Tafsir and placed them in pre-trial detention for five days on Sunday.

It was learned that in pretrial detention, Raihan informed the police that he had an affair with the student. They often had sex. Tafsir went to the house and had a physical relationship. When the girl fell ill that night, she was admitted to the hospital. Meanwhile, after reviewing the CCTV footage of the bamboo restaurant, the police discovered the truth of his position there. They sat in the restaurant and drank, but drank the wine from outside.

Selim Reza, head professor of the forensic department at Suhrawardy Medical College, said there were no signs of rape on the student’s body. Food poisoning can kill you.
