Naeem made her film debut in 1991 with the late director Ehtesham’s Chandni. He acted with his wife Shabnaz in almost every movie in which he acted. Naeem’s notable films include ‘Dil’, ‘Jid’, ‘Anutpat’, ‘Sonia’, ‘Sakshat’, ‘Takar Ahankar’, ‘Phul Ar Kanta’, ‘Chokhe Chokhe’, etc. Naeem and Shabnaz have acted together in more than 21 films. The last movie they acted in together was ‘War at Home’.

Naeem produced ‘Agun Jwale’ in 1994 from his own production company Naeem Productions. Naeem acted in the latest movie ‘Meyerao Mastan’. He married actress Shabnaz on October 5, 1994. Their two daughters have grown up.
