Another person was burned to death in an explosion at a mosque in Narayanganj. The deceased was identified as Hannan, 50. The incident killed 26 people.
Hannan died around 8pm on Tuesday (September 6). She was under treatment at the ICU of the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burns and Plastic Surgery. Eighty-five percent of it was burned. Perth Shankar Pal, a resident physician at the institute, confirmed her death.
Another eight burned in the mosque explosion are being treated in the ICU. The Dr. said that the state of all of them is alarming. Perth Shankar Pal said.
Incidentally, the blast took place at the Baitus Salat Jame mosque on the west floor of Fatullah during Esha prayers on Friday (September 4) evening. Mostafa Kamal (34) from Chandpur, Garment worker Rashed (30) from Patuakhali, Humayun Kabir (62), Jamal Abedin (40) from Rangabali from Patuakhali, Garment worker Ibrahim Biswas (43), Rifat university student (18 ), Chanddin (m). Joynal (36) from Fatullah, garment worker Nayan (28) from Lalmonirhat, Nizam (34), Russell (34) from Narayanganj, Imran (38) from Naria in Shariatpur, Kanchan Hawlader (50) from Khulna, Shishu Jewel (6) and Bahar Uddin (55). , Nadeem (45), Julhas (35), Shamim (45).
