A total of 271,945 people across the country have been vaccinated against the coronavirus today. So far, a total of 16 lakh 46,313 people have been vaccinated.
This is according to data sent from the Health Emergency Center and Control Room of the Department of Health on Thursday.
Among those who have been vaccinated are 12 lakh 33,855 men and 6 lakh 14,758 women.
According to Health Department statistics, 32,412 people have been vaccinated today in Dhaka. So far, two lakh 45,728 people have been vaccinated in the metropolis of Dhaka.
Today, 21,131 men and 11,261 women have been vaccinated in 47 hospitals and vaccination centers in Dhaka. Of these, a maximum of 2,060 people have been vaccinated at the Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital and a minimum of 6 people have been vaccinated at the Mirpur Maternal and Child Health Institute.
By divisions: 63,514 in Dhaka, 11,901 in Mymensingh, 54,006 in Chittagong, 32,224 in Rajshahi, 25,569 in Rangpur, 34,195 in Khulna, 14,444 in Barisal and 15,300 in Sylhet. John is vaccinated.
The first vaccination against the coronavirus in the country began on January 26. Today marks the eleventh day of the vaccination program nationwide.
