Iranian media has claimed that British security company G-4S, which operates Baghdad International Airport in Iraq, assisted US forces in the assassination of Lieutenant General Qasim Solaimani, a former commander of Iran’s Quds Force.
Iran’s government prosecutor Alaa al-Kasi Meher made the announcement yesterday (Wednesday). He claimed that his confession had been obtained through torture and that his confession had been obtained through torture. The British company G-4S was in charge of providing security for the flight at Baghdad airport. The British company informed the US military that General Solaimani and his companions had arrived at Baghdad International Airport from Syria.
The Iranian prosecutor’s office said Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan and Kuwait had issued arrest warrants to identify and arrest the perpetrators. A committee has been created to find criminals who are in different countries outside of the United States so they can be arrested and taken to Iran. The Iranian law official added that the US military base in Germany was also involved in supplying information before the assassination of General Solaimani.
In the early hours of January 3, 2020, US forces killed General Solaimani in a drone strike near the Baghdad International Airport in Iraq. Five days later, Iran launched a series of missile strikes against two US military bases in Iraq.
