They were arrested around 8 pm Friday at a brick kiln in the Rajfulbaria area of the Savar Tentuljhora Union, said Savar (investigation) police station inspector Saiful Islam.

Sapphire, daughter of Narayan Roy from the Balirtek area of the Manikganj district, was studying in the tenth class of the Bank Colony Ased School in the Savar municipal area. Her family rents a house in Kazi Mokma Para in the municipality.
Neela’s father has filed a murder case against Mizan and her parents at the Savar police station.
The RAB arrested Mizan’s father, Abdur Rahman (60), and mother, Nazmunnahar Siddique (50), from the Charigram area of Manikganj district on Thursday. Later, the police from the Savar police station obtained permission to question them in a two-day pre-trial detention.
During the pretrial detention hearing, the state attorney said: “Mizanur used to ‘harass’ Neela at different times. When Neela’s family complained to Mizanur’s parents, they did not detain the boy and threatened Neela’s parents to to leave the area.
“Mizanur killed Neela at the instigation and persuasion of her parents. It is important to question their custody to learn the details of the incident. “
