Nasir Uddin, an assistant primary school teacher, died on the night of May 23 last year. After listening to the conversation between Mitu and Raju in 13 audio clips, it is known that Mitu also hired people to kill her husband as he was not allowed to continue as he wanted and made videos of Tiktak and Like. To do this he borrowed about 30 thousand rupees. Mitu was concerned that under pressure from the creditors of that money, when they returned home, Swami Nasir would know everything. It was out of this fear that Mitu conspired to kill his neighbor and distant relative Raju Mia.
In her phone conversation log, Fatema Mitu, the slain teacher’s wife, was heard talking about swearing by a goat in a phone conversation with her ex-boyfriend Raju to safely kill her husband. Mitu told his lover Raju: “I swear by the dargah, Allah: if Kamda succeeds, there is no proof, then go to the dargah and slaughter a goat in a week, Allah করো accept it.”
On May 12, 10 days before the murder, Mitu told Raju by phone that he was in a lot of trouble and needed help. When Raju assures her of his cooperation, Mitu tells him that she plans to kill her husband. The next day, Raju called Mitu. In a discussion of 15 minutes and 19 seconds, they ended the day of the murder. They also discussed how to kill. At first Raju advised killing by amulet. But Mitu said that even before that, she had not been able to kill her husband using amulets. At the same time, he has borrowed around 30,000 rupees from various acquaintances to make the assassination plan a success. They talked about whether it is possible to kill by applying poison to the body through sleeping pills or injections. At one point, they both decided to kill him by suffocating him with a blanket after knocking him unconscious by taking additional sleeping pills. They spoke three times on May 14. Raju first explained to Mitu: “Should I repay the loan without killing?” But Mitu did not agree. Mitu said that just paying the money will not solve the problem. Nasir must be killed, the only problem is whether Nasir survives.
The next day, May 15, they spoke again. Mitu told Raju that the creditors have to pay the money before the 20th. That is why Mitu is chasing Raju to come quickly and wants to make sure that he can commit the murder. Raju assures him that he will be able to do it “soon”.
On May 17, they speak again and Raju wants to know if creditors are looking for money. Raju and Mitu spoke on May 16 for 19 minutes and 25 seconds. At that moment Mitu chased Raju back home. Mitu said that a person named Russell Dafadar has to pay his fees. Nasir will have a lot of trouble if he returns home for the money owed. So you have to do it before Eid. Then Raju said, he will come home “on time” with the money from the place where he works. Nasir will be killed after that.
According to the plan, Mitu and Raju strangled Nasir on the night of May 23 before Eid by taking extra sleeping pills and covering him with a blanket. The day after the murder, Raju called Mitu and wanted to know if everything was okay. Mitu said, no problem, everything is fine. Then, on June 11, Raju called Mitu and wanted to know the reason why she did not keep in touch with him. In response, Mitu said, he’s in trouble, unable to keep in touch. After listening to a recording of 18 minutes and 28 seconds, it was learned that Raju had accused Mitu of not speaking during the conversation. At one point, Mitu got upset and hung up the phone.
The leaked audio records of Mitu and Raju were turned over to the police and they were arrested on the night of February 10. The next day, Nasir’s brother Jalil filed a murder case at the Barguna police station and the police arrested them and brought them to court. Mitu has also given a confessional statement under section 164 in court admitting her responsibility for the murder of her husband.

According to the investigation, Raju allowed the mobile phone used by Fatema Mitu’s ex-boyfriend, Raju, to be charged in a Barguna store. From then on his mobile was lost. The lost phone contains records of Nasir’s plot to assassinate him and the subsequent conversations of Raju and Mitu. Later, Nasir’s relatives held the conversation on the lost phone. Nasir’s older brother, Jalil Hawlader, filed a complaint with the police.

Nasir and Mitu are known to be the parents of two sons. They have a daughter and a son, the girl is older and the boy is younger. The name of an eight year old girl is Nusrat Jahan and the name of a five year old boy is Md. Naeem.
