The arrested Mufti Ismail (34) is the superintendent of Bonpara Umme Hatun Muminin Mahila Madrasa in Baraigram upazila of Natore and imam of the Kalikapur Paschimpara Jame mosque. He is the son of Abdul Latif from Shahibazar village in Gurudaspur upazila.
According to a local, he asked his fifth-grade sister-in-law to study privately with Madrasa Super Mufti Ismail. But he got scared when he heard the name of the super madrasa and told him not to read it. So you want to know why you don’t want to read. In response, his teenage sister-in-law said the super had done bad things to one of his girlfriends in February.
He said that after learning about this, he went to the victim to verify the matter. The victim began to cry after admitting the incident to him. Villagers also chased and arrested him. He was then handed over to the police at the Bonpara investigation center.
Touhidul Islam, in charge of the Bonpara Police Investigation Center, admitted the incident and said that after arresting the super named Mufti Ismail, the victim’s mother filed a rape case against him at the Baraigram police station on Saturday morning. late. The officer in charge of the Baraigram police station, Anwarul Islam, confirmed the veracity of the case. The victim’s mother claimed that her daughter used to study at the residential madrasa. On February 23, the madrasa superintendent raped his daughter. But her daughter was spending the day stressed because of this incident. He filed the case after the incident came to light on Saturday.
