CNN has compiled a 116-page confidential document from an employee at the Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. According to local doctors, the number of infections in Hubei was 5,917 as of February 10 this year, according to local doctors. But official figures showed half. As a result, the virus spreads rapidly without any action being taken.
