The president of the Tangail Nagarpur Upazila Secondary Teachers Association has been charged with stripping the mother of two children. Against Farhad Ali (45). The accused director is the son of Dukhu Miah from Shakhail village in Farhad Ali upazila. He is the principal of Pachasarutia Meher Ali Khan High School.
The victim (38) became a plaintiff. Tangail Senior Judge Nagarpur Amli filed a lawsuit against Farhad Ali and three other people. The court learned of the case and assigned the South Tangail DB Police to investigate.
According to sources in the case, the principal of Pachasarutia Meher Ali Khan High School Md. Farhad Ali. The job seeker took advantage of the woman’s poverty and started making bad offers on her mobile phone and for direct physical intercourse.
The female victim reported the matter to the elders in the area. A village umpire sat down with this. Director Farhad Ali did not agree to sit on the village council as he was influential. He used to show his thumbs to the village matabars and in various ways to satisfy their base intentions, he kept making bad proposals to the woman.
On the morning of November 1, Farhad Ali, the director, went home with his belongings, grabbed the woman’s face, undressed her and tried to hang her with a cloth. If not, he hit various parts of the woman’s body with a stick.
At that time, when the woman and her husband rushed to the scene, she escaped with various threats, including setting the house on fire. Later, the woman’s relatives rescued her from the scene and took her to Nagarpur Sadar Hospital.
The woman filed a case at the Nagarpur Amli High Judicial Magistrates Court in Tangail on 9 November, naming three people and charging four or five unidentified people. The victim’s family is known to be in a panic as the director has been pressuring influential people in Farhad village to take up the case.
Director Farhad Ali denied the allegations against him and said the matter was being resolved.
MA Rauf, general secretary of the Upazila Association of Secondary Teachers, said: “We learned of the case against the president for sexual harassment.” However, the organization will not be held responsible for your personal misdeeds.
