Digital record rooms have been opened in the country to reduce harassment in collecting accounting books. Currently, the land survey records of CS, SA, RS and Diara will be available in 21 districts of the country.

On Wednesday, Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury launched the digital conversion program in the Land Ministry conference room.

The 21 districts are Dhaka, Faridpur, Narsingdi, Gopalganj, Tangail, Shariatpur, Kishoreganj, Madaripur, Narayanganj, Rajbari, Manikganj, Chittagong, Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Mymensingh, Netrokona, Panchagarh, and Kurjigram, Riyadh. 1 crore 7 lakh 8,724 ledgers from these districts will be available in the digital record room.

According to the Ministry of Lands, a total of 98,445 mouzas have been published under various surveys. If you only need a certified copy when ordering the ledger online, you must go to the district administration office to pick it up.

The land minister said digital record rooms would reduce harassment in collecting land ledgers. The number of people going to the district administration office to collect books will be reduced. Also, there will be no more harassment of runners. “

According to the Ministry of Lands, through the Archives and Records Section of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, the receipt and supply of duplicate requests for CS / RS / SA / BRS accounting books, case documents and missing cases, etc. And maps of Mouza are provided.

Records room services were initially provided through district information service centers in 61 districts. As the registry is a very sensitive document for the citizen, the activities of the digital registry room have been carried out to make all this information more effective for the citizen.

Citizens can make use of this service online at the sites www.eporcha.gov.bd, www.land.gov.bd, www.dlrs.gov.bd, www.minland.gov.bd.

A total of 3 crore 96 lakh 56,113 CS, SA, RS and Diyara ledgers from 61 districts will be available online.

After 21 districts, the registration rooms of the remaining 40 districts (excluding the three hill districts) will be introduced as digital registration rooms.
