Narayanganj: After the explosion in the mosque on Fatullah’s floor in Narayanganj, the glass, walls, tiles, fans and all other parts of the mosque were broken and turned over, but the Holy Quran is intact in the mosque.
When visiting the mosque on Saturday (September 5) morning, the Quran and Hadith were found to be intact.
Councilor Jamsher Ali Jhantu said that Jainamaz, Tasbis, Thai glass, tiles were smashed into pieces, but the Quran and Hadith were intact. Jainamaz has been burned, plastic chairs, fans have bent in the explosion. However, the Quran and Hadith are exactly as they were.
Abul Kashem, brother of Gafur Member, chairman of the mosque committee, said that although the entire mosque was turned upside down, the Holy Quran is still intact. Hadith Sharifs are also intact.
The air conditioning (AC) of the Talla Sabujbagh Jame Mosque exploded on Friday (September 4) at 9:15 pm. So far, 12 people have died in the incident.
