Own report: BMC’s fight with Kangana has reached the Bombay High Court. However, the case was not resolved today (Thursday). The next hearing is September 22.
On Wednesday, BMC drove a bulldozer into “Manikarnika’s” office in the Pali Hill area of Kangana, alleging illegal construction. Kangana’s lawyer appealed to the Bombay High Court requesting a stay. After that, the court issued a stay order regarding the demolition of the office. In addition, the court asked the BMC to know the reason for the break. The case was heard on Thursday (September 10). It was learned that BMC has responded to the court that day. Kangana’s attorney asked for time to respond to the affidavit. The court rises like today. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for September 22.

The BMC alleges that not only the Pali Hill area office, but also the Kangana flat in Mumbai has undergone many changes since then. BMC may also take action against Kangana’s residence in Mumbai if the judicial stay is lifted.
Meanwhile, according to an all-India media report, a lawyer (named Deepesh Tiwari) stated: “If the construction of the Kangana office is known to have been done according to the rules, then BMC may have to build this office and also pay compensation. ” This step cannot be taken for political revenge.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel visited the Manikarnika office on Thursday after driving a BMC excavator on Wednesday.
