At around 12:30 pm, Naddar’s convoy faced the anger of the people at the Shirakol intersection. It is alleged that several vehicles were vandalized by throwing bricks when the convoy vehicle stopped. BJP State President Dilip Ghosh, Mukul Roy, Kailash Vijayvargiya and several other activists were injured in the attack. The situation is out of control before the mob, the police resorted to the load of baton in the convoy to happen.
Ignoring obstacles from grassroots activists and supporters, Naddar’s convoy again faced a similar situation in Sarishahat around 1pm the same day. The BJP alleges that bricks were thrown at convoys from popular protests everywhere. Upon reaching the ground of the lighthouse, Nadda said, “I was able to get here by the grace of Mother Durga.” Because of that incident, the state has clashed with the center.
