Newly elected US President Joe Biden believes the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizad will complicate the US deal with Iran.
In an interview with CNN TV, Biden said it was difficult to say how much the killings would complicate his deal with Tehran. Trump’s move on the Iran issue was wrong. And that is why Iran’s nuclear capabilities have increased.
When Biden was vice president of the United States, a six-nation nuclear deal was struck with Iran. Later, when Trump came to power, he withdrew from the deal and imposed sanctions one after another on Iran. Biden promised to return to international agreements before the elections.

An influential US official has previously said that Israel killed the Iranian nuclear scientist. Several Iranian sources also say that Israel is involved in the killing of scientists.
