As every year, the Italian government will welcome 30,650 workers. These workers will be able to enter the country in different categories including agriculture, hotels and tourism.
After 8 long years, the Italian government removed Bangladesh from the blacklist. As a result, Bangladeshis have the opportunity to enter the country on seasonal visas. On October 12, a notice to this effect was published on the website of the Ministry of the Interior.
Among them, Italy hired workers for 6 months in the agricultural and hotel tourism sector. After 6 months, at the end of the employment contract, they must return to their respective countries. The application process begins from October 13 to December 31 of this month.
The countries where workers can come from are: Bangladesh, Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Philippines, Gambia, Ghana, Japan, India, Kosovo, Mali, Morocco , Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Republic of North Macedonia, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine.
Applicants can submit their application online at the Speed ID and Immigrant Service Cup office. After applying this year, after many checks, a worker will be able to come to Italy legally.
That is why the government will strictly control whether a landlord pays the correct tax. So many wise immigrant consultants think that there is a possibility that many applications fall outside of this projection.
It should be noted that there are reports that Bangladeshis have been blacklisted for eight long years due to non-compliance with government regulations. According to the rules, a temporary worker must return to his country of origin after six months of work.
Experts say that if Bangladeshi workers don’t follow the rules, then Bangladesh can be blacklisted again.
In this regard, lawyer Anichuzzaman Anich, the central international secretary of JSS in Italy, said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, during her visit at the invitation of the Italian government this year, actually proposed to the Italian government to lift the ban on Bangladeshi workers.
After this, the workers have been able to come this year as the government has blacklisted Bangladeshi workers.
