It is known that a committee of 151 members of Hefazat-e-Islam was announced last Sunday in Darul Uloom Muinul Islam Hathazari Madrasa. A leader associated with the new Hifazat-e-Islam platform said: “The new Hifazat-e-Islam will be formed from the renegade leaders of Hifazat-e-Islam. Meanwhile, the country’s top academics have expressed solidarity with the new platform. Many of the recently announced committee members have promised to join the new platform.
