Dhaka: The government has instructed those responsible for educational institutions to ensure the placement of students in their respective residences during the holidays.
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education have issued separate instructions in this regard after extending the ongoing holidays in all types of educational institutions until October 31.
The government has also said that teachers are not required to go to school at the same time taking into account the health risks.
The Ministry of Education has said in a directive that all types of educational institutions will remain closed until October 31 in continuation of the previous closure to protect students from the transmission of the corona virus. During this time, students will remain in their respective residences to protect themselves and others from the Corona virus infection and will participate in television and online learning activities.
On the other hand, according to the directives of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, all kinds of public and private primary schools and kindergartens will be closed until October 31 to protect students from the spread of the corona virus. It was reported that parents will ensure the placement of students in the accommodation according to the instructions of the two ministries and the local administration will monitor it closely.
