Indo-Pakistani clashes broke out on the border of Jammu and Kashmir. At least 15 people have died in the bombings by the armies of the two countries. Among the dead were seven Pakistani soldiers and seven Indians. At least 25 other people were injured in the incident.
The casualties occurred when the military forces of the two countries fired missiles and mortar shells at each other’s positions on Friday.
According to the Indian media NDTV, at least four members of the Indian army and three civilians were killed in a violation of the ceasefire by Pakistani forces in Kashmir. Several Indian soldiers and civilians were injured.

According to the Times of India, at least eight Pakistani soldiers were killed in the clashes. Among the dead were two or three commandos from the Pakistan Army Special Service Group.

A spokesman for the Indian Defense Ministry said in a tweet that the Indian military had responded vigorously to the bombing of Pakistan. Pakistan has suffered heavy losses due to the bombardment of Indian troops.

But Pakistan says four civilians were killed in the shelling by Indian troops in violation of the ceasefire. In addition, 20 more people, including children, were injured.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani Army public relations office in a tweet accused the Indian army of targeting civilians.
